Fulcher portrait format and pricing

In general, I travel
to the sitter; I like to see people in their own personal space where
they are most comfortable. I start with discussions/chats from
which an idea
of the form of the painting develops and then follow with a photographic
session to establish the setting. After one or two sittings I
continue working in the studio with other sittings arranged as
necessary. I like to work with the sitter towards a mutually
shared aim which is not only of a likeness of themselves but also
resulting in a unique object, a captivating work of art in its own
right.
I am also able to
complete the works entirely from photographic reference if the sitters
schedule does not permit for sittings following the initial session.
Travel within the UK
is included in the price of the commission and international travel is
negotiated.
