Our London Dry GIN is made with a subtle blend of botanicals sourced from all over the world:
Juniper berries from The Balkans, Coriander seeds from Eastern Europe, Cut and dried Angelica root from France/Belgium, Sweet Lemon peels from Spain, Sweet Orange peels from Spain, Cassia bark from China, Liquorice root powder from The Mediterranean, Ground Nutmeg from the West Indies, Cinnamon bark from Madagascar, Orrisroot powder from Italy (Florentine Iris)

Our Gin is a passionately produced refined small batch London dry gin crafted with great attention to detail by master distillers.  It uses the highest quality fermentation alcohol with the finest botanicals, dominated by Juniper that is added after the first distillation

The secret of London Dry Gin lies in the purity of the alcohol and the proportion of botanicals used in each
distillation where old traditional well-proven copper pot stills are used.  The Rolls Royce of Gin Still makers John Dore Limited makes them.  As any Gin maker will tell you, each individual still makes a gin of different characteristics
